So better not complain about the efforts required. And frankly, Modding Skyrim is nowhere as difficult as modding Baldur's Gate. As for everything, modding takes efforts. Questions should be asked and answered only after some thorough research and learning has been done. No amount of hand holding will ever make up for it, mostly because people won't understand an explanation, unless they have the ground foundations needed to understand it. Modding is all about researching and studying. In this particular case, simply typing " Skyrim Installing SKSE" in Qwant (i don't use Google) found me several detailed videos (including the reference: Gopher's), half a dozen guides and several websites and fora that all detail what SKSE is and how to install it. Too many people just come here, drop a comment because they are too lazy to read and expect people will do the job for them. Someone who do want to mod their game will need some resolve. Next, while i do understand what you mean. You need to give proper credit to those who do the work, and it is definitely not Bethesda. But they certainly wish for people to grant them property of mods simply because they own a brand (it is true not only for Beth by the way). Bethesda never ever bother to adress bugs or develop a decent fundation, and this is why there are countless bug solving mods, UI mods, performance mods, etc. I don't think it is fair to call all this "Bethesda creations" when half of the mods here are about repairing Beth's failures and sloppy/unfinished work. However, I occasionally encounter difficulties. I've been playing Bethesda creations since Morrowind. PS. By the way, I'm not a beginner myself for a long time. If we don't do this, then no one will do our work for us. I wrote this just to say once again, people, let's help each other! It would be better if I gave a link to the desired lesson instead. Beginners don't know that they need it! They don't know where to look for information either.ĭo you understand me? And you offer a person to do modding. Yes, beginners don't read lessons either, it's true. For such people, it is absolutely not necessary. Guys, but it's true! Those people who have great knowledge in this area do not read the lessons. Here, the person drew the attention of all of us to the fact that it is extremely difficult for a beginner to navigate the installation of basic things. Especially if we are talking about serious work, and not replacing one texture with another. I am well aware that this is hard work that requires a lot of time and knowledge. I had no intention of accusing a person engaged in modding. Is installing mods and making modifications the same thing? What made you think that? It's like saying that the driver of the car is obliged to know how the chips for the On-board Computer are made.
